+ How much is the shipping cost US Domestic?
Shipping cost for US Domestic is $8.00
+ INTERNATIONAL: Customs + Duty Fees
Please be aware of your country's customs + duty fees that may be applied to your order upon receipt. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
+ INTERNATIONAL: My package is being held by FedEx! What do I do?
Your order is likely being held in customs as the duty fee will have to be paid prior to delivery. Be sure to reach out to your country's FedEx customer service number (this can be found with a quick Google search!) with your tracking number at hand. Also check the spam folder of your inbox to see if they reached out to you via email.
They will only hold your package for 5 days.
+ When will my order be sent out?
We ship orders out every Saturday. Please keep in mind we're a very small team of 2-3 people individually packing and shipping many orders.
+ How fast is shipping?
Due to COVID-19, please expect delays in shipping. Once your order is PROCESSED (see above question), it'll take:
• Domestic: 2-15 business days
• International: 1 week-4 months*
+ What's my tracking number?
You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your order has shipped! Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to be updated.
Shipping notifications are automatically sent out, but if you haven't received an order confirmation email or any tracking information, please let us know!
+ There's something wrong with my order! What do I do?
Oh no! Please send us a message along with your order number via email joseph@pentasticarts.com and we'll help you through there.
+ Do you accept returns/exchanges?
All sales are final, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.
